Refund policy

 

  • If for some reason the goods You ordered are faulty upon arrival, You need to 
email Swimming in Stones within 48hrs of receiving the goods. Please email sales@swimminginstones.com
  • We will endeavour to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible and pay for return freight. It should be noted that because all our jewellery is handmade and generally unique, an exact copy of your piece may not be available. If we can’t provide a replacement item You are happy with, We will gladly refund the amount on the purchase receipt to the credit card used in the transaction.

Warranty

  • Each Swimming in Stones product is carefully handmade from high quality materials. Given the delicate nature of processes by hand, we offer a 2 month warranty on all Swimming in Stones pieces from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear, or acts of God) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your faulty product. Please note that the Swimming in Stones Product may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.

    This warranty is not transferable or assignable.
