Find your perfect fit with our ring size guide. Learn how to measure an existing ring or your finger and use our ring size chart to find your SIS size.

01 Measure an existing ring

Easiest method if you already own a ring that fits.

  • Find an existing ring that fits the finger you want to wear your new ring on.
  • Place your existing ring on a flat ruler to measure across the inside centre, diameter, in millimetres.
  • Find your measurement in the left hand column ‘Inside Ring Diameter’ of our SIS size chart below.

02 Measure your finger

  • Cut a straight, thin piece of paper and wrap it comfortably around the desired finger. *See notes below about body temperature.
  • Mark where the two ends of the paper meet.
  • Lay the paper on a flat surface and measure between the marks in millimetres along a ruler.
  • Repeat a few times just to be sure, this method can be less accurate.
  • Find your measurement in our chart using the right hand column ‘Finger Circumference’, then travel left to get your ‘Inside Ring Diameter’ related to our SIS sizing.

03 Try our open back rings

Designed to be gently adjusted for a more flexible fit. Most start at an 18mm diameter and can be increased several sizes as desired. They are handcrafted so do note repeated or excessive bending may weaken the metal or affect the shape and finish of your piece.

To adjust simply:

  • Wrap cloth around the metal to protect it from scratching.
  • Use pliers to very gentle adjust the metal to the desired size.
  • Firm & comfortable.

*Try to measure your hands at a normal temperature. If you’re measuring your ring size during cooler weather, allow a little extra room for comfort, as all fingers tend to swell in warmer conditions. Conversely, if you’re measuring in warm weather, choose a size with a snug fit to ensure the ring remains secure when temperatures drop and your fingers naturally shrink.

  • Most people have hands of slightly different sizes.
  • If you're between sizes, generally choose the larger size.
  • If your existing ring you’re measuring is not round take the shorter distance.
  • Wider rings can feel more snug than delicate bands.
