Ravi is our connection to India.
He bridges language, culture and craft.
He works closely with our artisans sourcing natural gemstones, guiding production and preparing each piece for its journey.
His knowledge spans generations. His approach is deeply human.
The people we work with are respected, valued and supported.
Many artisans come from village communities. Skills are passed through generations. Work creates opportunity for eduction and for the next generation.
In 2026 we welcomed a Responsible Jewellery Council accredited partner, advancing ethical practice, sustainability and the employment of women.

A living legacy of stone
Many of our gemstones come from the archive of a locally renowned Lapidarist, Cha Cha. A master who refined fabulous natural gemstones for Indian royalty. He left his earthly body in 2025, at 90. Today his sons and grandchildren continue the work, sourcing, cutting, perfecting. You'll find their hand it our rose-cut stones. Each gemstone has been carefully selected by Lisa, for its clarity, character, colour and inner world.

Designed for human hands
Each piece passes through up to ten artisans hands. Technique has turned to instinct hands knowing what to do without asking. Many of our artisans come from village communities where jewellery making is both livelihood and legacy. This work matters. It supports families, sustains craft and creates opportunity for future generations. Many of our pieces are hand-formed in traditional collet settings. Our demi-fine designs may begin in CAD, but every stage is finished by hand.

Across the collection, you'll find traditional Thappa techniques. These methods carry more than form. They hold stories, symbolism and cultural meaning, passed carefully through generations. Each one is part of a lineage, one that continues to evolve, while remaining deeply connected to its origins.
