Your new Swimming in Stones piece has been handmade, so is individual and distinct. All necklaces and bracelets carry a tag that is unique to a Swimming in Stones piece. As we have put love into the making of each piece, we suggest you take the following steps to best care for your Swimming in Stones product.
Jewellery
Swimming in Stones Jewellery is handmade, the metal components used are either silver or a brass base which has been hand plated with a micro polish silver or 22ct gold. All earring hooks and posts are nickel free. This includes any sterling silver and gold filled earring hooks. When sourcing components we purchase nickel free, however, even though all cautions are taken, we advise that traces of nickel may be found in our jewellery.
Always keep your Swimming in Stones jewellery stored in a safe place, hang earrings on an earring stand or you can try the side of a tall glass. It’s also advisable to keep all jewellery away from perfume, moisturiser and hairspray. Pieces may be delicate so care should be taken when wearing & storing. Damage from careless wear/storage (including water damage) is not the responsibility of Swimming in Stones.
Embellished products
All of our jewellery inspired embellishing is set by hand, therefore, every piece will vary slightly. Please take special care of embellished pieces & refrain from getting perfume, moisturiser or hairspray on them.
Warranty
Each Swimming in Stones product is carefully handmade from high quality materials. Given the delicate nature of processes by hand, we offer a 2 month warranty on all Swimming in Stones pieces from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear, or acts of God) and we will at our discretion replace or repair your faulty product. Please note that the Swimming in Stones Product may vary slightly from those displayed by your computer monitor.
