Swimming in Stones will endeavour to despatch your jewellery as quickly as possible, within 48 hours of the order being placed. We endeavour to keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum and ensure that your goods arrive quickly and in excellent condition.
All items are shipped Air Mail by Australia Post.

Returns
If for some reason the goods You ordered are faulty upon arrival, You need to email Swimming in Stones within 48hrs of receiving the goods. Please email sales@swimminginstones.com
We will endeavour to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible and pay for return freight. It should be noted that because all our jewellery is handmade and generally unique, an exact copy of your piece may not be available. If we can’t provide a replacement item You are happy with, We will gladly refund the amount on the purchase receipt to the credit card used in the transaction.
