Gentle, soothing and endlessly calming. It is luminous, alluring and commonly used in meditation and mindfulness practices. First discovered in ancient Chalcedon, located near present-day Istanbul, Turkey.

Colours: Blue is the most sort after, but also comes in white, grey, pink and brown. Solid or banded. Aqua has been treated to achieve the colour.
