The SIS Team in Sydney is currently in lockdown and following all the NSW Gov't procedures, masks, social distancing & observe all QR code check ins.
Our team of Artisans in India have been isolated together in our studio since 2020 for the purpose of keeping them safe and to ensure they have meaningful work, and not have them return to the villages where there is no work and no way to sustain themselves and their families.
With the support of our customers, 3% of sales has been provided as a bonus back to the team so we can been able to store food and equipment to keep isolation easier. All sales have gone back into new monthly orders, but these have not yet been shipped.
We have all now been vaccinated, but daily health safety protocols are still in place.
